Need to give your running a kick start? Here it is!
9 mile run from Beals point, downhill to Rainbow Bridge, then up Johnny Cash Trail and back to Beals Point.
Don't count on this being a negative split run as all the climbing is in the second half, but do count on it being a great workout and fun with friends!
If you want more, arrive early and do a bike ride of your choosing.
