Thursday Evening Run

Looking or an evening run? Join us under the Watt Avenue Bridge at 6pm every Thursday for the Beer and River run.
Meet at 6, start your run or walk at 6:15.
Lots of options to fit your training plan, including a shady trail run, 4, 5, and 6 mile loops to the various bridges to the west, hill repeats, it's all here! If IM Redding is on your calendar, start getting your heat training.
Meet back at the bridge by 7:15 to enjoy adult beverages and stories.
Bring a chair and a beer/wine/or otherwise.
