Weekly Brick Workout

Meet at Nimbus Flat for a bike/run.

20 mile moderate ride around Lake Natoma, then easy run to the base of Hazel Bridge for Hazel Hill repeats.

If the hills around the lake aren’t in your plan, ride west on the bike trail for a flatter ride, and if hill repeats don’t appeal to you, run a little flatter on the trail.

We have groups doing different things, so there's something for everyone. So whether it's a hilly 50 and a 10K, a 2 mile swim and a short run, or all three, we've got you covered.
