Thursday Run Workout

Meet at the parking structure across from Karen’s Bakery in Folsom.

There are multiple routes you can choose from. Two possibilities are:

Top Half up over JC Bridge and around (7.4 miles, 542 feet)

Bottom Half down to Nimbus and around (11.1 miles, 308 feet)

You can always add a little more on either loop, or do an out-and-back if you'd like to shorten it.

Meet at Fat Rabbit afterwards at 11:00AM.
