Swim-Bike-Run

Looking for a workout on Sunday morning? Join Sheila for a swim/bike/run or any combination of the three!

Meet at Nimbus Flat at 8:30am for a 50 mile ride, followed by a swim and/or run.
The ride will head downstream to Watt Bridge (15 miles) and back, then around the lake. Add the out and back to Beals Point for 50 miles, or go down the South Canal to add on what you need.
Some members will be joining at Watt Avenue for the ride at ~9:45.
